Better healthcare should not depend on where you were born.
Mon is a clinical-AI company, but the reason we exist is simpler than that: we believe good care is a right, not a privilege of geography. So alongside the software we build for Australian clinicians, we put a share of what we earn towards care in places where it's stretched thinnest.
20% of profits to healthcare where it's needed most.
Care belongs to everyone.
The same conviction that drives us to build better clinical tools is what pulls us towards this work. Three things sit underneath it.
Our mission
To help make healthcare more accessible, especially for children in the developing world. The product and the giving are two halves of the same goal.
Universal care matters
Talent and illness are distributed evenly across the world; resources are not. We back the belief that geography should never decide who gets well.
Responsibility, not optics
A portion of every dollar we earn is committed before anything else. Giving isn't a marketing line we added later. It's part of how the business is built.
Where care is stretched thinnest.
Past donations have supported childhood vaccination clinics and hospital maternity and paediatric departments, the frontline care that reaches families in places where dedicated children's hospitals are rare or don't exist. We're open to other areas of healthcare need in the developing world too.
Childhood vaccination clinics
Part of our giving in Fiji has supported small community clinics running childhood immunisation programs, protecting children before illness takes hold.
Maternity & paediatric care
In Myanmar, donations have also helped fund hospital maternity and paediatric departments, caring for mothers and children where dedicated children's facilities don't exist.
We're a young company, and this work will grow with us. As we do, we remain open to supporting other areas of healthcare need in developing countries.
A child's chance at health shouldn't be decided by a map. Every clinic we can help reach is one more reminder of why this company exists.
